LOUISA RICHTER VON MORGENSTERN

RVM & Associates was founded by Louisa Richter von Morgenstern, who conceived the idea of a project management led planning and construction consultancy, after spending several years in the world of residential property development.  Following on from development, the next two years were spent solely dedicated to research into professional design product and service sourcing and during this period she sat on the Board with some of the most influential members of the industry.  

The culmination of Louisa's diverse experience, RVM & Associates delivers outstanding quality of service, coupled with an active commitment to continued professional development.   Her expertise ranges from handling complicated and multiple planning applications to managing large teams of up to twenty contractors and designers.

Louisa's hands on experience and her visionary approach to addressing clients' individual requirements has led to the development of a highly effective procedure for budget forecasting and control, specifically tailored to residential design and construction.  With great emphasis placed on client representation and adhering to a philosophy of never giving less than one's best, RVM & Associates takes considerable pride in the very positive relationships it is able to achieve with its clients. 

Louisa's methods of sourcing have also been included in Mary Laurie's lectures at the KLC School of Design and her research has led her to contribute to publications such as Harpers and Queen magazine, on the basis of being “the only person who knows”. To date she has been quoted in The Sunday Times newspaper and interviewed live on BBC Radio.

MARK EATON

Eaton Associates was founded by Mark Eaton in 1995.  Having graduated in quantity surveying in 1987, Mark's early years were spent working with a number of medium sized quantity surveying practices in London and the south east of England.  Since then he has developed his own practices and working methods, and Eaton Associates provides total capability in quantity surveying, cost management and commercial consultancy, founded on the experience of individual professionals with a track record for achieving high technical standards.  

Quantity surveying has been the norm in commercial construction projects for many years, for the purposes of obtaining best value for money and cost certainty.  Eaton Associates is one of the very few chartered quantity surveying practices that specialises in the high end residential market.  Mark has the knowledge and ability to bring together the client and contractor to ensure a successful project, based on realistic economy, time, quality and cost.

As well as having completed numerous major projects in both the private and commercial sectors, the practice also carries out individual assignments including estimating, valuations, early cost appraisals and claims. With a service aimed at gaining complete client satisfaction and the establishment of long term relationships, Eaton Associates has an impressive track record of achieving client loyalty, retaining commercial and private clients for many years.  This can be attributed to a high level of  expertise in contractual and commercial issues, drawn from experience gained through active involvement in a wide range of building and design projects, over a period of twenty years.
