A
VINTAGE YEAR FOR
RVM
& ASSOCIATES

The past twelve months
have amounted to being a vintage year for RVM & Associates, with new
projects offering a range of diversity and interest commensurate
with the type of work we find exciting, challenging and
rewarding. New relationships with new clients have been
established and existing relationships have grown in strength.
One of RVM & Associates'
most interesting current projects is the specification of internal
finishes for an "eco house" in Kent. We are
delighted to be working with architects A J Browne & Company on
this unique and creative project, working within some very
interesting parameters. Along side what promises to be an
impressive example of contemporary architecture, our aim is to
achieve an interior that is at once aesthetically harmonious and
balanced, incorporating some of the vibrant key notes of nature, whilst not compromising on modern day design objectives to
create a polished and sophisticated interior with a genuine "wow factor". All
of this must be achieved whilst remaining "eco" and
"eco-nomically" friendly.
RVM & Associates are
delighted to be entering their second year of working with the
London council, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The key objectives that we have successfully addressed are feasibility,
priority and cost appraisal and specification and procurement
options. We look forward to another year of partnership!
Building on our reputation
for excellent Client Representation and Project Coordination, RVM
& Associates is also delighted to announce the arrival of two
new projects in the highly acclaimed development, The Knightsbridge,
in the heart of central London. We always pride
ourselves on our extremely high level of commitment to our Clients
when we undertake this role and we look forward to some outstanding
results in the year to come.
Finally, we are pleased to
report that it has also been a vintage year for our Quantity
Surveyor associate, Eaton Associates. These photographs show a
recently completed project in Gloucestershire, comprising the major
refurbishment of the main house and associated outbuildings, with
the addition of extensive equine facilities and tennis courts.
This time RVM & Associates provided costs support on the landscaping
element of the works.

RVM
& ASSOCIATES COMPLETES BELGRAVIA
PROJECT
"A
COMBINATION OF SOPHISTICATED AND CLASSICAL" -
The Mail on Sunday

RVM & Associates are pleased to
announce the completion of this prestigious project in the heart of
London's Belgravia.
The comprehensive interior
refurbishment of this imposing double fronted Grade II listed house
successfully blends the classical elements of the existing with contemporary
chic. Using skilful fine detailing and exquisite materials
sourced from both the UK and Europe, RVM & Associates were
presented with an opportunity to fully combine the many creative and
practical skills that have been acquired over a significant number
of years.
RVM & Associates were
appointed to design and coordinate the entire project, including the
selection of a comprehensive design team comprising Mechanical and
Electrical engineering, Architectural consulting and security and
audio visual specialists, bringing the house firmly into this
century whilst preserving the original fabric of the building.
Eaton Associates provided Quantity Surveying services, working in association
with RVM & Associates and outstanding results were achieved in
value engineering.
The Client is delighted with the result.
